Creatine Monohydrate 6000 mg, ES (L-methionine, L-arginine, L-glycine) 500 mg.
Suggested Use:
For the first 5 days: take 1 heaping teaspoon (6 grams), 5 times a day (30 grams total) for the loading phase. From day 6 and on: take 1 heaping (6 grams), 1-3 times a day (6-18 grams total) for the maintenance dose. Mix each serving with water or juice on an empty stomach.
Warnings:
Some individuals may be susceptible to diarrhea, nausea, tiredness or extreme thirst. If you experience such effects, drink the product slower or take less of the product during the loading stage and maintenance stage. If symptoms of sweating, nervousness, trembling, faintness, palpitation or hunger occur, discontinue product and consult a physician. |
