Suggested Use:
Take 1 capsule of 7-Phenyl Stack in the morning, 1 hour prior to breakfast. Eat a reduced calorie breakfast. Wait at least 4 hours. Take 1 capsule of 7-Phenyl Stack 1 hour prior to lunch. Eat a reduced calorie lunch. Enjoy a sensible dinner. If you become accusomted to the strength of takine one capsule before meals, you may choose to increase your dosage to two capsules before meals. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.
