Personal Trainer Sean Lowe 

Sean Lowe is AAFA Personal Trainer Certified. 

12 years active duty with the Marine Corp.

Style of personal training is MTR (Military Training Resistance) and power up rep down.  Sean Lowe also trains for sculpture and fitness. 

Sean can train anyone from the competitive athlete to someone who wants general fitness.  Sean's motto is, "Take a Chance, Make a Change!"

Personal Training Options

Private Training - This personal training option gives you complete trainer attention.  It is the best option for Sean to personalize the workout to fit your needs and goals.

Semi-Private Training - This option is great if you have a training partner.  Learn the flow of a workout while receiving the expert advice of certified personal trainer, Sean Lowe.

Group Training - Group training consists of 3 or more people.  This option allows some personal attention, the expertise of the trainer, motivation, group support, and is a low cost alternative to private and semi-private personal training.

Body Fat Testing - Have your body fat tested using the skin fold method (callipers) by Sean.

Body Fat Testing with Measurements - Before or during training, you can have your measurements and body fat measurements taken.
